A Safari Experience More than Worth its Salt

This easy 3 day safari enables you to experience Etosha National Park, one of the world’s great wildlife sanctuaries. The reserve is characterised by shimmering, blonde and silvery grasses and is dominated by the vast, salty Etosha Pan, the ghost of a once-immense lake. This is home to more than 110 species of mammals, and of reptiles; and almost 400 species of birds; and it offers one of Africa’s greatest and most accessible safari experiences.

Day one

Enjoy an early-morning game drive in the Etosha National Park. Return to the lodge for lunch. This afternoon, depart on a guided walk or game drive in the Ongava Game Reserve. Experience the magic of Africa at sunset and enjoy a tasty dinner. Overnight in the Ongava Game Reserve. [FB]

ANDERSSON'S CAMP

Located in the Ongava Game Reserve, the big game viewing at Andersson’s Camp is spectacular throughout the year. Tents are constructed from a mix of stone cladding, canvas and wood with small veranda’s and en-suite bathrooms. A renovated farmstead forms the nucleus of the lodge and guests can enjoy fine meals and great views of the scenic landscape. Andersson’s close proximity to the Etosha National Park make it the ideal jumping off point for game drives in this abundant region.
