An outstanding 8 day safari that ranges from the spectacular Victoria Falls into Botswana’s premier wildlife destinations, Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta. Here you will see the largest concentrations of game on the African continent in the most spectacular settings.

Day One

Meet at Victoria Falls Airport and transfer by road to hotel. Remainder of day at leisure to explore Victoria Falls. Overnight in Victoria Falls.

Day Two & Three

Road transfer to Chobe region, in Botswana. Experience abundant wildlife, one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, and the legendary fish eagle. Game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicle, game viewing by motorboat or sunset cruises on river cruiser. Overnight at lodge in Chobe. [FB]

Day Four & Five

After morning activity and breakfast, transfer for light aircraft flight to camp situated in the Chobe National Park. Game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles in the Savute area, including the Savute Marsh and a visit to the ancient San rock paintings at Gubatsa Hills. Overnight at lodge in Chobe. [FB]

Day Six & Seven

After morning game drive and breakfast, transfer for light aircraft flight to Okavango Delta. Game viewing activities include exploring the Delta by mokoro (dugout canoe) and motorboat. Guided nature walks on the various islands afford the opportunity to track some of the larger species that inhabit this water wilderness. Overnight at lodge in Okavango Delta. [FB]

Enjoy morning activity and breakfast, before light aircraft transfer to Maun Airport, where tour ends. [B]

VICTORIA FALLS HOTEL

Day Two & Three

CHOBE GAME LODGE

Spend your evenings overlooking the Chobe River and the game-rich Caprivi floodplains at Chobe Game Lodge, the only safari lodge situated within Chobe National Park. Your luxury en-suite accommodation blends stylish Africa with every modern convenience. Relax at the pool, bar, lounge or library with tranquil terraces offering fantastic river views. Enjoy star-lit dinners and traditional dancing around the fire in the open-air boma set on the river bank amongst the giant Mahogany trees.

Day Four & Five

SAVUTE SAFARI LODGE

Situated on the banks of Botswana’s fabled Stolen River, Savute Safari Lodge is a traditional thatched safari lodge in a setting of singular beauty. Guests are accommodated in cool, thatched timber and glass suites with private sitting areas, decks and bathrooms. The lodge has a main sitting area, library and cocktail bar, and also features a viewing deck, an alfresco dining area and swimming pool which are ideal for watching game at the waterhole.

Day Six & Seven

CAMP OKAVANGO

Enchanting Camp Okavango is set in the heart of the Okavango Delta on Nxaragha Island. The main lodge has a cocktail bar, sitting area and wildlife reference library, with the dining room leading onto an expansive patio where evenings around the fire can be enjoyed. Other facilities include a secluded bird-viewing hide and sundeck with plunge pool. Guests are accommodated in African-style safari tents on raised teak platforms, with en suite facilities and private viewing decks.
